Thing 13

Is it just me or are Del.icio.us and Rollyo too similar? Thing 12 & Thing 13 reinforced the benefits of Tagging (organization, categorizing, and grouping) which can be useful for any individual, educator, library, or organization. It certainly can help group all library research databases and other information that can exist in a web page helping to reduce the size and look of the page.

Del.icio.us is different from Rollyo because with Rollyo, you are creating a small search engine for a limited number of related sites. With del.icio.us, you are organizing links that are not searchable. Both are very handy tools.

I had the same thought initially. Now that I have played with them both a bit more I see the applications more clearly.
